Shipping policy

We’ve tried to keep it simple, so your postage cost is $25 for shipping under 5kg anywhere within Australia. We are unable to ship any items with an individual weight or cubic over 5kg.

Bulky and heavier items featured will be Click & Collect with in-store pickup only.

We endeavor to process your order, pick it, pack it and post it as soon as your payment has been approved – usually the next business day. We are in a regional area so it sometimes takes a little longer for our deliveries to get to you than they may if they were leaving from a metropolitan area.

If we do not have your order in stock, we will notify you within two business days that we will not be able to process your order and arrange for a refund.

Regular Parcel Post Service

PLEASE BE AWARE DELAYS ARE FREQUENT AT PEAK TIMES
Orders will be delivered to you via Australia Post-Parcel Post with Tracking. When using regular parcel post we aim to have your order delivered to you within 5-12 business days – this can be quicker if you live in WA or a capital city and can be longer if you live in a remote area. This is the time period for delivery provided to us by Australia Post for our location. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days please contact us at thetoystation@westnet.com.au for an update.
