Delivery and Returns

Regular Flat Rate Delivery

We’ve tried to keep it simple, so your postage cost is $15 for shipping under 5kg anywhere within Australia. We are unable to ship any items with an individual or cubic weight over 5kg. 

Bulky and heavier items will appear as  Click & Collect with in-store pickup only.

Unfortunately we do not accept international orders through our website.

We endeavour to process your order, pick it, pack it and post it as soon as your payment has been approved – usually the next business day. We are in a regional area and so it sometimes takes a little longer for our deliveries to get to you than they may if they were leaving from a metropolitan area.

If we do not have your order in stock, we will notify you within two business days we will not be able to process your order and arrange for a refund. 

Regular Parcel Post Service

Orders will be delivered to you via Australia Post. When using regular parcel post we aim to have your order delivered to you within 5-7 business days – this can be quicker if you live in WA or a capital city and can be longer if you live in a remote area. This is the time period for delivery provided to us by Australia Post for our location. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days please contact us at thetoystation@westnet.com.au for an update.

Out of stock items

We have both a retail store and a warehouse, therefore if you see an item in our E Store it means we have it in-stock. On rare occasions we may be out of stock if your on-line order overlaps a purchase in the retail store. If this happens we will email you immediately and let you know an anticipated delivery time.

Damage or Loss during Delivery

All orders leave The Toy Station warehouse in premium condition. Damage or loss of parcels during delivery is rare but if it occurs, we will take responsibility for it under the conditions of Our Returns Policy. Please contact us at thetoystation@westnet.com.au to report damaged goods or that a parcel has not arrived within the above time frames.

Occasionally damage may occur in the delivery process. If this occurs please contact us for a replacement or refund.

Please note, The Toy Station is not responsible for any orders that go missing or are lost due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.

Returns & Refunds

We can only offer a refund if a product is faulty or does not do as described as per instructions. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can call us in store or send us an email within 21 days of the date of purchase. If a product is deemed faulty or damaged we will replace the product with no additional freight charges or a full refund will be arranged.
